Description

Joining our client’s thriving practice located in Ely, the successful applicant will undertake an array of residential property matters, whilst exceeding the firm’s high standards of client care and professionalism. Responsibilities:

•    Sales and purchases 
•    Leasehold and freehold matters 
•    Mortgages and re-mortgages 
•    Transfers of equity 
•    Shared ownership 
•    New builds 

The Candidate:

•    Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of one year’s PQE 
•    Experience in Residential Property is essential 
•    Excellent client care and communication skills are essential
•    IT proficiency is required 
•    Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
