A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a leading architectural practice with strong partnerships with the country's top housebuilders, where you'll take on a senior role whilst working across a variety of residential projects alongside receiving an excellent salary and benefits package.

In this role, you will interpret client briefs, produce working drawings, and prepare technical documentation using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, while ensuring compliance with the latest legislation. As a senior in the department you will also be responsible for mentoring more junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have a background as an Architectural Technician, be proficient in AutoCAD, and have some exposure to Revit. Experience working on residential developments is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join an established practice with the opportunity to progress to director level. You will receive excellent perks whilst becoming part of a close knit team.

The Role:

Architectural Technician contributing to exciting residential developments.
Producing accurate working drawings and ensuring compliance with current building regulations.
Working on housing projects ranging from 70 units up to 5,000 units.
Liaising closely with Technical and Site teams at housebuilders, providing expert technical guidance.
Hybrid working: based in the Romsey office 3 days per week.The Person:

Proven experience as an Architectural Technician.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in residential developments, national housing projects, and building regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a strong advantage.
Ambitious, eager to learn, and motivated to progress within a growing practice.
