Behaviour Mentor

Are you interested in going in working in the Education sector but not quite sure how? You will be working with challenging students both on a 1-2-1 basis and in small groups. Having experience of working with teenagers is essential, however not necessarily in a school setting. If you have experience as a youth worker or support worker or even sports coaching, please do get in touch!!

To join Aspire People and be successful in this Behaviour Mentor role you will need to:
*Have experience working with young people with difficult behaviour
*Strong behaviour management techniques and strategies
*Have a passion for working and supporting learning
*Resilient and patient attitude

The role:
*Work with young people within an AP
*Provide 1:1/group support academically and through extra-curricular
*Manage challenging behaviour
