Premier Work Support are currently looking for a permanent Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations across our premium lounges, cafés, bars, and restaurants. You will lead the F&B team, manage stock, oversee rotas, and ensure high standards of service and compliance, all while working in one of the most exciting settings around.

What we are looking for:

Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
Level 2 Food Hygiene & Health and Safety
Strong knowledge of both Front and Back of House operations
Experience working to KPIs and managing budgetsWhat is in it for you?
