Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire
Salary: £34,398 - £52,490 (MPS to UPS, Pro Rata)
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Temp to Perm

About the Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver dynamic and well-structured lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5 depending on your experience. This is a fantastic role for someone who can bring clarity, enthusiasm, and a love for learning into every lesson, helping students to develop both their confidence and their skills in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that cater to students of varying abilities
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
Create an inclusive, inspiring, and supportive classroom environment
Encourage a growth mindset and foster independent learning
Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance teaching strategies
Support students in reaching and exceeding their academic goals
Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent, or has strong subject knowledge (non-QTS applicants with significant Maths expertise will be considered)
Experience in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
A genuine passion for teaching Maths and helping students succeed
Strong classroom management skills and effective communication abilities
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive mindset
