About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, confident, and commercially minded individual to join a leading name in the workplace design and fit-out sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales function — identifying new business opportunities, researching potential clients, and gathering valuable market insights. You’ll be the first point of contact in uncovering potential projects and will help shape the company’s future growth strategy.

Making outbound calls to businesses to gather accurate and up-to-date information.

*

Researching and capturing details on:

*

Lease expiries and office move plans.

*

Key decision-makers and decision-making processes.

*

Refurbishment, relocation, or expansion plans.

*

Identifying and qualifying new project opportunities to support the business development team.

*

Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate, high-quality data.

*

Utilising tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, CoStar, and internal databases to enhance outreach.
