Our local government clients in East London are looking to hire an Administrator in Adult Social Care. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a hybrid working role that offers flexibility to work both remotely and on-site and may involve working from other offices as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

Minute taking during meetings

Scanning and copying documents

Preparing and organising information packs

Office organisation and maintenance

Organising events and workshops

Report Writing

Qualification – Essential

GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.

NVQ level qualification or equivalent experience.

Advanced – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Social Media, and CRM.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements - Criteria to be Evaluated at the Shortlisting Stage. To thrive in this role, you will need:

Administrative experience -3 Years Experience Preferred.

Experience in working to clear standard operating procedures

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Working within a business support environment, delivering high-quality services.

Experience working with a diverse range of customers

Strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Experience with office equipment such as scanners and copiers

Event planning and coordination skills

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of personnel

Essential Compliance Requirements

3 Years' References.
