Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager

Commission of 10% on personal bankings plus 5% extra commission (bonus) on hitting quarterly targets of £50,000 and paid quarterly.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm. Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm (one Saturday off a month) Petrol allowance £100 per month.
1 Saturday off per month.

You will manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.
You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets.
Setting and reviewing performance standards.
Development of team members Implementing agreed business plans.
Listing and selling properties.
Maintain a compliant business

Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager

Basic salary to £30,000 depending on experience with on target earnings of £70,000 to £80,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm. Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm (one Saturday off a month)
