Role: ASB Officer

Salary: £31,000

Type: 3 Month Temporary Position

Location: North West

We are excited to be working with one of our leading public sector clients who have an opportunity to have a direct impact on the service provided for the community. Their vision is to have a positive impact on people and communities by providing high quality homes, supporting independence, and creating opportunities. They are looking for forward thinking customer champions who put the customers at the heart of what they do.

The role of Community Safety Officer will involve providing an excellent service, managing, and resolving cases of ASB and working collaboratively in a team.

Key responsibilities include:

Investigating cases of ASB including interviews, observations and recording information.
Assessing witness statements and progressing to legal action if appropriate.
Maintaining and updating case files in relation to ASB cases.
Referring cases to appropriate support agencies if applicable.
Represent the organisation in County Court for legal proceedings when a right of audience has been granted.
Managing support of witnesses when required as well as acting as a witness if required.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK Driving License and access to their own car. They will strive to put the customer at the heart of everything they do. They must be able to multi-task and be able to manage and achieve key performance targets.
