Description

A creative and forward-thinking secondary school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Head of Art and Design for a full-time post starting in January 2026. The successful candidate will lead the art curriculum and coordinate exhibitions and projects.

Experience and Qualifications:

Degree in Art, Fine Art, or Design
* QTS/PGCE
* KS4/KS5 experience essential
* Portfolio or evidence of student work desirable

What We Are Looking For:

A qualified teacher with a degree in Art and Design or a related field.
Experience teaching Art and Design in a secondary school setting (desirable but not essential).
Passion for fostering creativity and nurturing talent in students.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A commitment to promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
