IMMEDIATE START – VAN DRIVERS NEEDED! – £15.21 PER HOUR

Zoom Recruitment is working with a well-established national distribution company seeking reliable, hard-working, and professional Van Drivers to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to secure a long-term role, with permanent positions available following a successful probation period.

You’ll be part of a two-person team, delivering household products directly to customers’ homes. A key aspect of this role is reliability – punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.

As a Van Driver, your duties will include:

*

Safely operating a 3.5T van to deliver goods

*

Providing excellent customer service and representing the brand positively

*

Heavy lifting – you’ll be delivering household items (including furniture)

*

Working closely with a Drivers Mate to complete multi-drop deliveries

*

Communicating delivery times and updates with customers

*

Working 5 days per week, always with Sundays off and one additional weekday off

*

Saturday availability required once a month

Job Details:

*

Shift Times: 7:00am – 4:00pm

*

Pay Rate: £15.21 per hour

*

Contract Type: Ongoing contract with potential for permanent placement

*

Inductions: Taking place next week

*

Location: Must be able to reliably commute for a 7:00am start

*

On-site parking available

Physically fit – the role involves heavy lifting

Strong communication and customer service skills

*

Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

*

Previous van driving experience (3.5T) preferred

*

Able to work Saturdays occasionally (typically once per month)
