We are recruiting for qualified Science Teachers (QTS) – including Early Career Teachers – to join our partner schools across Medway. Whether you’re seeking day-to-day flexibility, part-time hours, or a long-term or permanent post, we can connect you with the role that suits you best.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics at KS3 and KS4

Support and assess student progress, adapting lessons to suit different abilities

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated

Promote curiosity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills in the classroom

Manage behaviour effectively to maintain a purposeful learning environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to wider school life

QTS with a Science specialism (ECTs welcome)

Experience teaching Science up to Key Stage 4

Strong classroom management and communication skills
