Description

Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and implement production strategies that align with company objectives.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure seamless product development.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or maintenance as needed.
Create detailed documentation and standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.
Utilise lean manufacturing techniques to optimise workflows and operations.
Support the introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.Profile

A successful CI Engineer should have:

A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a related field.
Experience in process improvement within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
