Working independently, this position is responsible for providing engineering support. The EPA will be responsible for assisting engineers with non-technical administrative, documentation, process and general engineering related support activities. Individual must demonstrate the ability to support several engineers, providing a wide variety of administrative and computer skills to assist engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be a self- starter, proactive, able to work with engineering to meet multiple deadlines, thrives on working in a fast paced environment, and is a proven multi-tasker with a strong attention to detail. Job Responsibilities - Supporting CT3 and CMS - BMW support : - Monitoring incoming requests - Supporting trainings - Support testing - Support Brown Bags - Manual Certification uploads - PARS support - Info Steward - Managing Distribution Groups - Tool notification - CMS Sharepoint management including creation, updates, design. Working with Digital Technology to configure Sharepoint site as needed. - CMS Training coordination including logistics for virtual and in-person training - CMS training design and development updates - Must be comfortable working with all levels of leadership. Project includes working with the Executive sponsors, project managers, and various VSL Champions and Facilitators. - Networks with various personnel at multiple levels. Communications require skill, tact, persuasion and/or negotiation to accomplish the objective of communication. - Generally works on highly complex assignments which are given in terms of objectives to be accomplished and priorities to be followed. Requires independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures. Potential Additional Job Responsibilities - ISAT support - Staffing support - Assists in tracking action items and tasks in the change management tools. - Edit and formatting of documentation. - Organizing and updating Confluence and SharePoint content - Organize and coordination of miscellaneous meetings - Facilitating PREP reviews - Shipping as required, and other general support as requested Qualifications - This position requires either: - An AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required OR - A Bachelors degree in the appropriate discipline and 2 years of relevant experience. - Must be a US Citizen - Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Strong communication and project coordination skills - Experience with customer support and service preferred Do you want to be a part of something bigger?
