Description

Domus are looking for a Deputy Manager based in Twickenham to support the manager of a Supported Living service for adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.

We are looking for an experienced leader who has supported adults with high behavioural difficulties. 

You must have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have strong knowledge of CQC regulations. 

Key responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
Ensure the team provides safe, sound & supportive care to the people they support.
Be a role model to your team & provide effective leadership & management. 
Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities & regulatory bodies to deliver a high-quality service & promote a positive culture.
Meet quality targets to ensure the service is providing the best support & care possible.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
Hold a level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to undertake.
Statutory guidance & CQC regulations exposure.
Complex health needs, Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Managing, assessing new people to support and mentoring experience.
Resilient, calm and able to work under pressure.
Effective verbal and written communication and able to produce written reports.
Hold a full UK driving license.
