We are working with a privately-owned, fast-growing Affordable Housebuilder who have asked us to source an Assistant Site Manager.

They are a very profitable and cash-rich contractor with high profit margins. They have a healthy pipeline of work for 2025 and beyond. Their build programmes are realistic; they have a culture of working together to get things done.

The Role/You:

With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they’re now looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to support the management team on one of their sites in Cheshire.

They are looking to meet with local individuals who have worked as an Assistant Site Manager, ideally for an Affordable Housebuilder.
