£50k - £60k base + car or car allowance £5,500

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking an Engineer / Senior Engineer to join their Technical Team and play a key role in the successful delivery of their developments.

The Role

As an Engineer / Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all engineering-related aspects of residential developments. You’ll work closely with land, planning, design, and construction teams to ensure our homes are built efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage engineering and design for residential schemes from feasibility to completion

Oversee external consultants (civil and structural engineers) and ensure timely delivery of technical packages

Conduct technical due diligence and site investigations for land acquisitions

Monitor and resolve on-site engineering issues during construction

Ensure compliance with NHBC standards, Building Regulations, and company specifications

Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

About You

Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

Proven experience in residential development, either with a house builder, consultant, or contractor

Strong understanding of infrastructure design, drainage, highways, and utilities

Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills

Full UK driving licence

What We Offer
