Support Children's Learning - Join an Inclusive School in Harborne as a Learning Support Assistant

Are you committed to helping children with additional needs thrive in their education? We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Learning Support Assistant to become part of a supportive school team in Harborne, starting this September.

Position Details:

Start Date: September

Location: Harborne, Birmingham

Daily Rate: £88.94 - £100

Contract Type: Ongoing with strong potential for permanent employment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalised support to individual pupils as a Learning Support Assistant and small groups with various Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Assist in modifying classroom activities and materials to meet diverse learning requirements

Work closely with teachers to apply specific strategies that enhance learning outcomes

Support pupils in developing confidence, self-reliance, and emotional wellbeing

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role within education, ideally supporting children with SEN

Understanding of effective approaches to assist learners with different needs

Ability to collaborate well within a team while also managing tasks independently

Based locally in Harborne or able to commute reliably each day
