PCR are looking for an experienced Project Manager who holds extensive experience in delivering projects in the Residential sector.

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of design and construction, managing residental developments with a passionate, driven team. From concept to completion, you’ll have the autonomy to shape projects, the support of industry-leading specialists, and the chance to grow with a fast-moving company that’s redefining what luxury living looks like.

* Minimum 3 years experience managing projects in Residental

* Proven track record delivering projects

* Strong understanding of construction budgets

* Ability to manage projects from pre construction through to handover

Salary open to negotiation DOE.
