Job Title: Regional Service Quality Manager
Location: Suffolk Region
Salary: £55,000

The Regional Service Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of service delivery across multiple locations within the Suffolk region. The role involves developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, monitoring service performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate service quality.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with regional teams to implement quality improvement strategies.
- Provide training and support to staff to enhance service delivery skills.
- Prepare reports and presentations on service quality metrics and improvement plans.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in quality management and service delivery.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve quality targets.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience, desirable but not essential.
- Certification in Quality Management or similar is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a quality management role within a service-oriented industry.
