Learning Support Assistant – Malton
Full-Time / Part-Time | £13.68 – £15.00 per hour | Must be able to drive
Imagine being the person who gives a child the confidence to put their hand up in class for the very first time. That’s the kind of impact you could have as a Learning Support Assistant in one of our welcoming schools in Malton.
This role is flexible, with opportunities to work long-term, day-to-day, part-time, or full-time. You’ll need to be able to drive, as some schools are not easily accessible by public transport.
What you’ll do:

Bring lessons to life and help pupils stay engaged and motivated
Support children one-to-one or in small groups, celebrating every milestone with them
Create a classroom where every child feels safe, included and encouraged
Work alongside teachers to make learning meaningful and fun
Be a positive role model who inspires young people to believe in themselvesAbout you:

Patient, caring and naturally good at building relationships with young people
Flexible, adaptable and ready to jump in wherever support is needed
Able to drive and travel to schools around Malton
Experience in education is a bonus, but not essential – your passion, energy and willingness to learn matter mostWhat we offer:
