Are you an experienced Plumbing and heating professional from a Plumbers Merchants seeking a new challenge?

The Trade Counter responsibilities:
• You will assist customers and build sales ensuring staff understand and carry out their duties effectively
• You will represent the sales department and assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed sales targets
• You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with as well as adhering to company Health and Safety requirements
• You will ensure that the stock and stores area are well organised

Skills & Experience needed:
• Good Plumbing & Heating Product knowledge (min 2 years ideally)
• Manage, meet and exceed customer expectations
• The ability to build relationships with a variety of customers
• Have managed or worked on the trade counter before
• Good telephone manner
• Friendly, articulate, customer focused
• Dynamic and driven approach to sales and customer service
• The ideal candidate will have current / recent experience within a Plumbers Merchants
