This internship is with our Solutions Group beginning in January 2020 through December 2020. We are hiring for two of these positions.

What you will be responsible for:

As an intern, you will be involved in the design and implementation of custom transistor level circuits for high-performance mixed signal designs. Candidates should have knowledge of basic circuits, logic design and a scripting language (e.g. Perl, Python or Tcl). Knowledge of Analog & digital circuit design, Verilog, timing analysis, electrical reliability and VLSI knowledge is a plus. Candidates with Machine Learning paradigms and techniques understandings with knowledge of using ML techniques in modeling, circuit design flow & simulations will be highly desired.

No prior design experience is required for this position. Graduate students are strongly encouraged to apply.

Skill Requirements:

Basic transistors level circuit design knowledge

Basic exposure with Analog & Mixed-Signal design flows especially with Synopsys Custom Compiler suites

Experience with Perl, Python, TCL, C/C++

Basic knowledge with SystemVerilog, Verilog, static timing analysis and electrical reliabilityEducation Requirements:

Candidates must have completed at least 4 semesters of university coursework in either Electrical Eng, Computer Eng, Comp Sci, Applied Physics or similar technical field. Preferred Masters/PhD students.
