About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our PU Plant Operations team. The purpose of this role is to produce short-term production plans and forecasts to support plant operations, ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials and customer deliveries.
This position will play a vital role in coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers to guarantee that materials are available and delivered on time while identifying opportunities for supply chain improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Business S&OP team and plant operations/maintenance teams to generate detailed production plans.
Liaise with raw material and logistics suppliers to ensure timely availability and delivery of raw materials in line with production requirements.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers, business teams, and logistics providers while resolving operational issues as they arise.
Collaborate with shipping providers and logistics partners to optimize vessel utilization and minimize overall shipping costs.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply chain. About You
The ideal candidate will bring strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and suppliers to deliver operational excellence.

Requirements:

Experience in production planning and inventory management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build constructive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Solid working knowledge of SAP (essential).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand manufacturing and logistics constraints
