Skills, Experience, and education required:

* Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role

* Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Forklift license

* Ability to work flexible hours during busy periods

Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Warehouse Manager, you will need to:

* Plan, organise, and manage warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment and inventory control

* Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution

* Monitor and improve productivity, accuracy, and safety standards

* Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures

* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits

* Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment

* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and customer service teams to meet organisational goals

* Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements
