Associate Town Planner
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
Location: Kent - Flexible working
Are you an experienced Senior or Associate Town Planner looking for the next big step in your career?

This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving planning consultancy at a pivotal time in its growth. My client is seeking someone who not only wants to lead but also has long-term ambitions for equity and shares in the business.

·Clear progression to ownership - scope for shares in the business as part of succession planning.
·Leadership responsibility - oversee and mentor a talented team of 6 planners (majority graduates/juniors).
·Flexible working - work from home on Mondays, office-based for the rest of the week.
·Strong financial package - £70,000 - £75,000 plus benefits depending on experience.
 
About You
·MRTPI qualified with strong experience at Senior or Associate level.
·Private sector background, not essential to have a client base that would follow.
·Confident in client management and capable of winning/retaining work.
·Enjoy mentoring and developing junior talent.
·Commercially minded with an interest in the future direction of the business.
