Are you a reliable and hands-on individual with an eye for detail? Do you enjoy working in a team-focused environment where quality and precision are key? We are looking for an enthusiastic Assembly Operative to join a successful and growing manufacturing business in Sandwich

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a stable and supportive company, with full training provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble a variety of components by following written instructions and visual diagrams.
Maintain a clean and safe working area in line with company Health & Safety procedures.
Use hand and bench tools to complete tasks accurately and efficiently (training provided).
Follow guidance from team leaders and supervisors to ensure production targets are met.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
Attend in-house training sessions as required.Experience:

Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is required
Comfortable using basic tools Skills & Abilities:

Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good communication skills.
Basic IT literacy (MS Office) is an advantage.You will be working a 9 day fortnight so will have alternative Fridays off and the hours are 8.00am - 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am - 4.30pm Fridays.

This is initially a temporary role, however for the right person there could be the opportunity to become permanent.
