Interaction Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client – a specialist joinery contractor working across bespoke staircases, kitchens, flooring and high-end joinery installations

Pay Rate: £18.00 p/h 

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 08:00 to 17:00 (Overtime available)

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture and fit bespoke joinery including staircases, flooring and occasionally kitchens

Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools in a workshop and/or site environment

Read and interpret technical drawings

Carry out joinery installations on construction sites to a high standard

Work as part of a skilled team to meet project deadlines and quality expectations

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)

Valid CSCS Card

Proven experience in construction-based joinery (not furniture or maintenance)

Confident using woodworking machinery and tools

Full UK Driving Licence – a work van and fuel card will be provided

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

What’s On Offer:

22 days annual leave + full Christmas shutdown (approx. 1 week)

Company pension scheme – 8.5% employer contribution / 4% employee

Earlier finish (4.30pm) over a 6-week Christmas period

Overtime available, where applicable
