Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Westminster
Location: Westminster, Central London
Salary: £95 - £115 per day
Contract: Full-time, term-time only

We are working with a thriving school through Tradewind Recruitment who require a Teaching Assistant in Westminster. This is the perfect role for graduates looking to develop classroom skills before progressing into teacher training.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic support to individuals and small groups
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Support students with SEND or EAL needs
Contribute to classroom management and extracurricular activities

Ideal Candidate:

Graduate with excellent subject knowledge
Previous youth or education experience desirable
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
A genuine interest in education and student achievement
