About Us: We are a well-established and inclusive special educational needs (SEN) school, committed to providing high-quality education for children and young people with autism spectrum conditions (ASC). Our pupils, aged 4 to 19, benefit from a nurturing environment where they can grow academically, socially, and emotionally at their own pace.

The Role: We are seeking a full-time SEN Teacher to join us from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly experienced team and contribute to the personalised learning journeys of pupils with diverse needs and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils with autism
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement EHCP targets
Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
Monitor progress and use assessment data effectively to inform teaching and learning
Foster independence, communication, and social skills through structured routines and strategies such as PECS, Makaton, and visual timetablesWhat We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
Experience working with children with autism or within a SEN setting (mainstream teachers with strong SEN experience also encouraged to apply)
A positive, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for inclusive education
Strong classroom management and a flexible, solution-focused attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skillsWe Offer:
