Do you have a heart for helping children succeed, no matter the challenges they face? A friendly and inclusive primary school in Stourbridge is seeking a dedicated and understanding Learning Support Assistant to join their team this September.

Start Date: September

Location: Stourbridge, West Midlands

Daily Rate: £88.94 - £100

Contract: Long-term/Short Term opportunities available

Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:

Deliver one-to-one support to children with additional learning needs as a Learning Support Assistant

Help adapt classroom activities and materials to meet individual learning styles

Work closely with the class teacher to implement personalised support strategies

Foster confidence, independence, and emotional resilience in pupils

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience supporting children with SEND as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally within a school setting

Creative and flexible approach to learning support

Kind, patient, and committed to promoting student wellbeing

Able to work independently and as part of a supportive staff team
