Continuous Improvement Manager | Verwood | up to £60,000

This is a full-time, site-based role offering autonomy, influence, and the chance to lead meaningful Continuous Improvement projects.

As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will benefit from:

As Continuous Improvement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Designing and embedding CI plans to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies
Collaborating with site management to identify resource changes supporting CI
Leveraging MRP system data to enhance CI initiatives
Identifying training needs in problem-solving and CI tools
Producing monthly KPI statistics to track progress and impact
As Continuous Improvement Manager, your experience will include:

Proven leadership in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of Lean Tools and Techniques
Hands-on experience in value stream mapping
Strong project management and influencing skills
A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail
Background in a high-quality production engineering environment (Desirable)
