Senior Technician required for Automotive independent garage in the Henfield area.

Our Client, an Automotive independent garage is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.

Company PensionResponsibilities for the Senior Technician:

Diagnosing Complex Faults
Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
Working on Complex Repairs
Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
Working closely with the Workshop Controller Requirements of the Senior Technician:

Be a fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
Methodical problem-solving skillsFor your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £50,000 with OTE £52,000.
The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
