TeacherActive is proud to be working with a forward-thinking private day nursery in Wythenshawe in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner. With space for up to 125 children, the nursery offers both indoor and outdoor learning environments designed to stimulate and inspire. Each area is tailored to specific age groups and focuses on sensory-enhancing activities, encouraging children to challenge themselves, take safe risks, and build confidence through play and exploration. The team uses a therapeutic approach, ensuring every child feels secure, supported, and engaged.

About the Role:

The nursery is looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join the team on a long-term basis, with the potential to move into a permanent position for the right person. Reporting directly to the Nursery Manager, you will support children aged 6 weeks to 4 years, working across different rooms as needed.

This is a particularly exciting time to join the nursery as it continues to grow, with genuine career progression opportunities available for practitioners ready to take the next step.

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 2 considered with strong experience)

Solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum

A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to get involved

Flexibility and adaptability to work across various rooms and age groups

A passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive
