Supply Chain Coordinator – £30,000 to £35,000 per year + Bonus

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a small, high-performing team based in Willand. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a real impact within a growing business.

The Role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across purchasing, stock management, and logistics. Responsibilities include:

Maintaining accounts and sales orders using spreadsheets and a bespoke trading system
Communicating with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve queries and manage deliveries
Monitoring stock levels and participating in regular stock control checks
Placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Managing supplier relationships to achieve the best possible pricing, quality, and service
Keeping accurate data and records to support decision-making
The Candidate

The successful candidate will:

Have proven experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or a similar office-based B2B role
Demonstrate confidence using Excel (basic formulas, reporting, and data management)
Possess excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with both customers and suppliers
Bring a proactive, professional approach and enjoy taking ownership of tasks

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
Annual performance-based bonus

Free on-site parking
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (no weekends or shifts)
