The Role – SEMH Teaching Assistant
This SEMH TA position is for a dedicated and resilient individual who has experience supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will be working closely with students aged 11–16, many of whom present challenging behaviour and require emotional support. As a SEMH TA, you will work alongside the class teacher and behaviour team to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

The school is based in the London Borough of Hammersmith and caters for secondary-aged students with SEMH and additional needs. With a strong focus on personal development and mental health support, this school provides ongoing CPD and encourages staff development.
