Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Fife is seeking a Quotations & Order Coordinator to join their Commercial team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing, dynamic business where accuracy, technical insight, and customer service are at the heart of every task.

The Role:
You will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and processing customer orders, ensuring that every specification is spot on. This is a detail-critical position, with a high volume of orders per day requiring exact measurements and pricing. Your work directly impacts sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and amend customer quotations with technical and financial accuracy
Input specifications into spreadsheets and internal systems, ensuring exact measurements and costings
Maintain and update pricing, product, and specification information
Collaborate on IT and process improvement initiatives
Contribute proactively to team meetings and help identify internal and external growth opportunities
Communicate confidently with internal teams and, occasionally, customersWhat We're Looking For:

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong customer service experience
Very high computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical understanding is advantageous but not essential
Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to learn quickly
