Quantity Surveyor - Nottingham

Quantity Surveyor - a leading regional building contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in the East Midlands. This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a £100m turnover business delivering award-winning Design & Build projects across the East Midlands. In this office-based role you will work with a close-knit team overseeing projects ranging from £1m - £8m.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Quantity Surveyor working on D&B projects
- Client valuations and variation accounts
- Identify project opportunities and risks
- Sub-contractor procurement

Renumeration Package:
- Great basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000
