As a Retail Department Manager, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the renowned Christmas department and inspirational outdoor leisure ranges that captivate customers throughout the year. You'll be leading and developing a dedicated team, creating visually stunning displays that reflect innovation and style, whilst driving sales and profit through strong merchandising and stock management.
