Your new role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5. You'll work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to deliver outstanding outcomes and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners
Oversee daily operations, including staffing, planning, and health & safety
Ensure the nursery meets all Ofsted and EYFS standards
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks efficiently

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable)
Proven experience in a nursery leadership role
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
A warm, enthusiastic, and professional approach
