Decking & Cladding Technical Project Manager
Location: Clacton-on-Sea (Head Office) - National Role
Salary: Competitive

Our client, a leading supplier of innovative composite solutions, is seeking a talented Decking & Cladding Technical Project Manager to join their growing team. With a strong presence across multiple industries including Construction, Rail, Marine, and Civil Infrastructure, they deliver sustainable and high-performance products that set the standard in their field.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded and commercially driven professional to play a key role in delivering specialist decking and cladding projects, while building lasting client relationships.

The Role

*

Achieve sales and profit targets by managing enquiries, producing accurate quotations, and converting opportunities into orders

*

Oversee projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage

*

Build strong client, contractor, and subcontractor relationships to secure repeat business

*

Provide technical advice, support, and training to customers

*

Conduct site visits, presentations, and industry events as required

The Candidate

*

Previous sales/account management experience within decking, cladding, flooring, or similar products

*

Strong technical knowledge with the ability to calculate material requirements and support customers with confidence

*

Excellent relationship builder with first-class communication and organisational skills

*

Experienced in CRM systems, with a proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to travel when required
