Social Media & Content Executive (SEO & Video)

Norwich – Office-based

Monday to Thursday 9am-6.15pm (4 days) PLUS One Friday per month 9am - 6.15pm (5 days)

£28,000K - £30,000K DOE

About the Role

My wonderful client are expanding and are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Executive to grow their brand across organic social channels, blogs, and search. You’ll be hands-on with creating video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, writing engaging blog articles that improve SEO, and generating fresh campaign ideas for both paid and organic activity.

This is an office-based role in Norwich. You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys experimenting with content formats, and can deliver consistently high-quality work across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Social Media & Video

* Create and publish engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

* Manage and grow their social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

* Monitor trends and adapt content ideas to maximise engagement and reach.

* Blog & SEO

* Research and write regular blog articles aligned with SEO objectives.

* Optimise new and existing content to drive organic traffic.

* Report on rankings, traffic, and keyword performance.

* Campaign Ideas & Creative Support

* Develop creative concepts, copy hooks, and ad angles for paid campaigns.

* Write clear briefs for designers/agencies to deliver graphics and assets.

* Ensure brand tone of voice and messaging remain consistent across all channels.

Skills & Experience

* 2+ years’ experience in a social media, content, or digital marketing role.

* Strong video editing skills for short-form platforms (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).

* Proven ability to grow and engage audiences across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

* Excellent writing skills for both short-form (social captions, ads) and long-form (blogs).

* Solid understanding of SEO and keyword optimisation.

* Creative thinker with a track record of delivering campaign ideas that cut through.

Desirable

* Experience briefing designers or working with agencies.

* Basic design/editing ability in Canva or Figma for quick visuals.
