Trainee Manufacturing Operative | Blandford | £18.32 per hour (overtime rate)

As Trainee Manufacturing Operative, you will benefit from:

As Trainee Manufacturing Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Following specifications to ensure product accuracy
Conducting routine quality checks and reporting issues
Assisting with basic assembly tasks
Using hand and power tools as required
As Trainee Manufacturing Operative, your experience will include:

A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Good attention to detail and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work to standards
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
Previous experience in a similar setting is beneficial but not essential
