Salary: £100-£115 per day (dependent on experience)
Duration: Flexible, day-to-day supply

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

* Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.

* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment.

* Support students with their learning and engagement during lessons.

* Work across various schools, gaining diverse experience in different settings.

* Enjoy the flexibility of day-to-day supply work tailored to your availability.

Cover Supervisor Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are/have:

* Confident in managing classrooms and engaging with students.

* Adaptable, reliable, and ready to work in different school environments.

* Experienced in working with young people (previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential).

* Resilient, patient, and enthusiastic about education.

* An enhanced DBS, or willing to apply for a new one

* Able to provide a minimum of 2 references to cover your experience in the last 2 years

This role is perfect for graduates considering a career in teaching, experienced cover supervisors, or those with experience working with young people in any capacity
