Teaching Assistants – Wareham and Surrounding Areas

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and looking to build your experience in schools?
Teaching Personnel is working with a number of primary and secondary schools in the Wareham area to recruit enthusiastic Teaching Assistants. These roles are ideal for those considering a career in education, graduates, or experienced classroom support staff.

What we’re looking for:

Experience supporting children in an educational or care setting (desirable, not essential)
A positive and proactive attitude
The ability to work well as part of a team and follow teacher direction
A genuine interest in helping pupils succeed
