Psychology Graduate Assistant

Location: Fulham, South West London

Start Date: Immediately

Salary: £100 - £110 a day – depending on experience

Contract: Full-time, Long-term

We are seeking Academically strong graduates and aspiring Clinical and Child Psychologists, to help support students with SEND/SEMH in schools across Fulham.

The Role as a Psychology Graduate Assistant:

* Work as a Psychology Graduate Assistant supporting students with SEN/SEMH in their academic, social and emotional development

* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to pupils and support those who require additional support

* Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and learning resources

* Ensure student welfare and safeguarding is maintained

* Support class teachers and other staff members with behaviour management

* Opportunities to work in specialist SEN classrooms in some schools

What Schools Look For:

* Academically strong graduates with a genuine passion for education

* Undergraduate Degree in Psychology or similar subject

* Excellent results across GCSE and A Level

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Previous experience with young people in any setting is beneficial

* Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH is highly desirable

* Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn in a Psychology Graduate Assistant role
