Description

CNC Turner required to join a well-established Welding specialist company, based in the Leeds area. The successful candidate will have a CNC Turning background and preferably experience working with Siemens controls or similar. They must also live within commutable distance of Leeds.

CNC Turner Job Overview

Programming Setting and operating CNC Lathes
Work collaboratively as a team to improve existing processes and quality control.
Working on low volume high quality parts.
Maintain production records to comply with health and safety procedures.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative.

CNC Turner Job Requirements

Experience with CNC Turning
Experience operating Siemens Shop turn, also SLX425 experience using Proturn Software is advantageous
Understanding of engineering drawings and working with tight tolerances.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Must live within a commutable distance to the Leeds area
Experience with Fanuc controls is advantageous

CNC Turner Salary & Benefits

Full time - Permanent
Monday to Friday - Days to start with 07:00 - 16:30 - (Friday 11:00am finish)
Salary £15.50 to £16.50 per hour (DOE)
28 days holiday including Bank holidays
