Job Title(s)
Quality/Hardware Test Manager

What Will This Person Be Doing?
Lead and contribute within a small team of 3-4 hardware test engineers, acting as both a hands-on engineer and a coach.
Mentor, guide, and support engineers while holding them accountable to project deadlines.
Manage multiple testing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Perform hardware testing directly, with a focus on performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee quality standards and processes, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 certification, EMC standards, and other applicable regulations.
Develop and implement new quality processes where gaps exist.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, ensuring full traceability of testing and compliance activities.

Essential Skills
US Citizen
Experience with ISO9001 and strong knowledge of quality standards
Proven experience with product testing, particularly hardware reliability testing
Background in Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA)
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or related field)

Desirable Skills
Experience with consumer products (e.g., handheld devices, baby monitors, medical devices)

Target Salary
$120,000 - $150,000

Location
Woonsocket, Rhode Island (Full-time on site)

Working Hours
Monday - Friday
Core Hours: 08:30am - 5:00pm (EDT)
