Supply Desk are seeking outreach support workers for an SEND school is New Forest

Starting from October 2025

Hours: Full time – Morning – afternoon shifts or afternoon until night shifts

Pay: up to £13 per hour

Job Description:

Desire to support children with additional needs with day to day activities
No personal care required
Supporting children in the classroom to thrive both academically, socially and personally
Be caring, empathetic, confident and firm
Liaise closely with Teaching Assistants, Teachers and SENCos
Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract
Location: New Forest
Start Date: October 2025
Contract Length: Long Term – Potential to become permanent
Hours: Shift hours
You MUST have a car to apply for this role
Individual Profile:

A nurturing and caring nature
GCSE Maths and English to A- C grade
Experience of working with additional needs (desirable)
Passionate, enthusiastic and resilient individual
Adaptable and sensitive when dealing with challenging situations
First Aid trained or be willing to be trained
Have access to your own car with a clean driving license
