MIS & Exams Coordinator
Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £23,703

We are working with an education provider who are looking to appoint a highly organised and detail-driven MIS & Exams Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, data-focused environment.
The role:
As an MIS & Exams Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Management Information Systems (MIS) and examinations processes. This includes:

Accurately inputting and validating student enrolments and amendments.
Supporting with funding queries and compliance processes.
Registering learners and submitting entries with awarding bodies.
Coordinating examination timetables, invigilators, and access arrangements.
Managing certification claims and results distribution.
Supporting staff in the use of ProSolution and maintaining accurate data records.What we’re looking for:

Strong administration experience within a busy environment.
Experience maintaining large volumes of electronic records.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets under pressure.
Good knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and GDPR.
Experience of ProSolution, ESFA funding rules, and JCQ exam regulations (desirable).
A flexible, customer-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Essential requirements:

Five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths.
Strong IT and data management skills.
A professional, reliable, and proactive approach.
